Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R2000 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

Smoking is not allowed indoors; please smoke outside, use an ashtray, and don’t leave cigarette butts on the ground.

Kindly note that no parties or loud music are allowed; please respect the neighbours and keep quiet after 21:00.

Extra guests or visitors without prior approval are not permitted. Only the number of booked guests may stay overnight.

Treat the house as your own; do not damage or break anything, and report any issues immediately.

Close all doors and windows when going out, and use the alarm or security system if provided.

A basic cleaning fee is charged; this is not a deep clean. Please leave the house tidy, take out the rubbish, and run the dishwasher.

Only use the marked parking area and do not block other residents.

Dogs are welcome for an additional fee. They must stay off the furniture, and all waste must be cleaned up before departure. The property is securely fenced for their safety as well.

Non-compliance with these rules may result in additional costs.
