House Rules

This apartment is designated as non-smoking.

Please note the unit is accessed by stairs, and there is no swimming pool in the complex.

The rates cover linen and towels, as well as a standard departure cleaning service.

Guests will receive a welcome starter pack containing essentials such as tea/coffee,
bottled water, toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, soap, moisturiser, a black bag, and a dish
sponge.

Daily cleaning services are available at an extra charge. On the 8th day of their stay, guests will enjoy a complimentary cleaning service along with fresh linen and towels. Any additional linen and towel changes will incur an extra fee.

Guests should please remember to bring their own beach towels.

The prices quoted are for up to 6 guests.

Please note that there are no arrivals or departures on Christmas and New Year's Day.

This property strictly provides family-friendly holiday accommodation and does not allow
bookings for groups of guests under the age of 25 or for matric rage bookings.
