Apartment excellent, apartment building old and neglected. The apartment itself is beautiful and clean. The complex the apartment is in is dilapidated, old and neglected. Even the entrance is old and feels more like a rundown building.

Perfect. I was happy with everything, the neatness, the vibe, the view, not to mention the staff that were very nice and welcoming.
