Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R1500 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

Balance payments are due 40 days prior to arrival, a 100% deposit will be required for all bookings made less than 14 days prior to arrival.

ID/Passport is required at check-in.

Bookings of 8 nights and longer will include a complementary mid-stay clean with fresh linen.

There is only one parking bay available for guests within the complex. Any additional vehicles will need to be parked outside the complex at the owner's risk.

Pets are not allowed.

Smoking is not allowed.

Parties and events are not permitted.

Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy permitting a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the unlikely event of excessive usage, a reimbursement may be requested.

A late check-in fee applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00.
