Noise levels: Keep noise to a minimum, especially between 10:00pm and 8.00am.
Loud music, TV or parties should not disturb other residents.
Respect common areas such as hallways stairwells, and pool area.
Smoking is prohibited in the apartment and all common areas. Guests are to use the dedicated smoking area.
No pets allowed.
