House Rules

Only registered guests may stay; extra guests are not allowed.
No children under 12.
Pets are not allowed.
No parties, events, or loud noise; guests must respect neighbours.
Smoking is only allowed outside in designated areas; hookahs are not permitted.
Guests are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear.
Early or late arrivals may incur extra fees.
Housekeeping is included every 4 nights; additional cleaning can be arranged for a fee.
The primary guest is required to take out a Damage Waiver via Truvi at a small additional cost in place of a breakage deposit.
