Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R2500 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

There is a very friendly dog that lives on the property, so no dogs are allowed as this is his home.
No smoking.
No loud noise/ events.
When leaving the house, please arm the alarm and beams in the garden. When sleeping in the house at night, please arm the beams in the garden.
Should there be any load shedding, there is an inverter for select appliances to be used.
The housekeeper lives on the property and is available on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays for complimentary cleaning.
Any cleaning requested over a weekend is at an additional cost.
Garden service is every Thursday.
