The main house has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a guest toilet. The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. In the main house, the first 2 bedrooms are furnished with double beds and share a bathroom fitted with a bath and shower. The third bedroom has a double bed, a children’s bunk bed, and a single children’s bed, with an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. The third bathroom has a small bath suitable for a child. Each apartment bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a children’s bunk bed. The bathroom is fitted with a shower.

Both the main house and apartment have well-equipped kitchens with an electric stove, microwave, air fryer, kettle, toaster, fridge-freezer, and a breakfast counter with stools. The main house has a scullery with a dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer. Both units have open-plan living and dining areas, a bar with seating, and an indoor braai. Entertainment includes 2 smart TVs and free Wi-Fi. Guests pay their own electricity account.

Outside there is a garden with a built-in braai, fire pit, and outdoor seating. The property has inverter backup power and is unaffected by load-shedding. Secure on-site parking is available.
