Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R3000 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

Guests are requested to keep noise levels to a minimum between 22:00 and 07:00. Loud music, raised voices, and splashing in the pool are not permitted during these hours.
Strictly no open fires of any kind are permitted due to the flammable thatch roof. This includes charcoal braais, candles, mosquito coils, and fireworks.
Smoking is not permitted indoors.
The maximum booked capacity of the house may not be exceeded under any circumstances.
Guests are kindly requested to wash or rinse off tanning lotions and make-up before using bathroom towels and bed linen, as these products cause staining. Any towels or linen damaged or stained beyond recovery will be replaced at the guest’s cost.
