Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

The garages are not available for guests.
A cleaning service can be arranged at an additional cost per day. Please book this service at least a day in advance.
No breakage deposit is required, however, if any items are broken or stained it will be for your account.
Maintain a peaceful environment from 22:00 to 7:00.
Smoking and Vaping is strictly prohibited inside the house.
No pets are allowed
Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight all visitors are to leave by 22:00.
Please report any damage or maintenance issues to me immediately.
Avoid flushing anything other than toilet paper down the toilets. And please use toilet paper sparingly.
Sedgefield is a water-scarce area please have short showers and shallow baths.
Cleaning staff: Is included at twice a week on a Tuesday and Saturday. Any additional days will be at a cost of an additional day and must be requested two days before.
The mobile weber braai is currently downstairs. Please keep it on the protective matt when braaiing to protect the deck or floor around the braai.
No fireworks allowed.
No illegal substances are allowed on the premises.
Ensure proper use of all outdoor and indoor facilities to prevent accidents or injuries. Please do not sit or climb on any ledge or balustrade.
