Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R3500 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

-The base capacity of the property is 8 guests. Any additional guests will be charged an extra fee.

-Only registered guests are allowed. Visitors or unregistered guests will be charged the applicable seasonal rate per night upon arrival.

-Parking regulations must be followed, and consideration should be shown to other vehicles in the area.

-Guests and visitors are asked to respect quiet hours from 22:00 to 08:00. During this time, the swimming pool and rooftop deck may not be used, and noise should be kept to a minimum.

-Smoking is not allowed inside the cottage. Cigarette butts must be disposed of in the ashtrays provided.

-Parties and events are not allowed on the property.

-Eating and drinking are not permitted in the bedrooms, including the loft. Meals should be enjoyed in the designated dining areas.

-Recycling is encouraged. Please use the bins provided to separate waste.

-Before leaving the house, please switch off lights, air conditioning, and electronics. Ensure all windows are closed and doors are locked, including those to the cottages and bar rooms.

-Damages or breakages must be reported as soon as possible. Any damage, whether reported or found after departure, will be deducted from the damage deposit.

-A standard cleaning fee is charged per stay and is included in the booking amount on the relevant platform.

-The swimming pool may not be used during quiet hours.

-Children must be supervised at all times around the swimming pool.

-Alcohol should not be consumed while swimming, as it increases the risk of injury or drowning.
