Cozy Cottage and Flatlet Studio offers guests affordable self-catering accommodation on the host's property in the coastal village of Kommetjie. The property has 2 units available, each with a private entrance, patio with good lighting outside.

The first unit, the Cozy Cottage, comprises 1 bedroom and is suitable for 3 guests. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, 2 wardrobes, and a workspace with a desk and chair. A couch/mattress is available in the lounge to accommodate a third guest. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, wash basin, and toilet. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge, a 2-plate gas stove, an oven, a microwave, and an automatic washing machine.

The second unit, the Flatlet Studio, situated below the main house, has a separate entrance, well-lit up for when coming home at night. Features an open-plan design and can accommodate 2 guests at a time. It is furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe, and a comfy couch, while the bathroom is fitted with a shower, a wash basin, and a toilet. The kitchenette is equipped with a fridge, a 2-plate gas stove, an air fryer oven, a toaster, a plunger, and a microwave.

Both units come with a TV, free Wi-Fi, a fan on a stand, and braai facilities. Guests have access to street parking only. A lock-up safe for personal items and documents is provided.

The area offers a range of attractions and activities to keep guests entertained, including surfing or swimming at the beach nearby, which is within walking distance, hiking, and exploring the natural beauty of the area.
