Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R1500 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

Parties are not allowed.
Taxis are not allowed into the estate.
Smoking is not allowing inside the house.
Strictly no loud music or shouting allowed between 10 pm and 8 am.
The owners reside on the premises and guests should please be mindful of the owners' privacy and space.
Guests must bring their own dishwasher tablets, washing powder and softener, swimming towels and braai wood. One bath towel is supplied per person. If guests use the owner's braai wood, please replace it.
Guests are asked to use water sparingly.
A maximum of 2 extra guests can be accommodated at R 250 pppn.
A cleaning fee of R750 is payable.
A breakage deposit of R1500 is payable.
