Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R750 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
A breakage deposit is payable on arrival. It is refundable on departure if approved by the housekeeper.
The remainder of the balance needs to be settled 14 days prior to arrival, proof of payment must be provided and emailed.
Only the amount of guests booked for are allowed on the premises. If guests would like to invite day visitors, this needs to be approved by the owner in writing.
Pets are welcome by prior arrangements at an additional cost of R140, payable to the housekeeper.
