De Oude Schuur hides on a picturesque farm on the outskirts of Stellenbosch, a historic town in the Western Cape, surrounded by an amphitheater and mountain ranges. De Oude Schuur is only a 5-minute drive from the best wine farms in the country, namely Kleine Zalze, Blaauwklippen, Webersburg Wine, Rust en Vrede Wines, Ernie Els Wines, Peter Falke Wines and Guardian Peak Wines & Grill.

Accommodation is offered in a choice of 7 cottages, each consisting of a comfortable double bed, and 2 cottages have single beds too. Each unit has a well-equipped kitchenette to meet guests' self-catering needs, while a private braai area is available outside each of the units.

Guests can enjoy access to additional comforts such as free Wi-Fi, secure parking, and My Giga for live-streaming movies or YouTube. All our units have electric blankets.

Stellenbosch offers a variety of activities that include golf, wine tasting, canoeing, hiking, fishing, 4x4 trails, abseiling, and mountain biking.
