House Rules

Identification for all guests must be provided upon confirmation.
No visitors are allowed.
Children under the age of 12 are not permitted.
Quiet hours are observed between 22:00 and 7:00.
Parties are not allowed in the apartment or on the rooftop.
Cigarette smoking is permitted only on the rooftop. Any fines incurred for breaching this rule will be the guest’s responsibility.
The smoking of marijuana is strictly prohibited within the building. Guests who fail to comply will be asked to leave. Any fines incurred will be for the guest’s account.
Any damages will be billed to the guest.
Third-party bookings are not allowed unless arranged in advance.
