Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
The swimming pool is professionally maintained with weekly cleaning services. Guests are kindly requested to allow access for the maintenance team to ensure the pool remains in excellent condition during their stay.
The landscaped gardens are serviced weekly on Wednesdays to maintain their beauty and upkeep.

Authorised staff may use body-worn cameras during evictions, safety threats, property damage, non-compliance, or trespassing. Guests will be notified that the interaction is being recorded. Cameras are only used in common or outdoor areas, never in bedrooms or bathrooms. Footage is stored securely, accessed only by authorised staff, and used only for investigations, disputes, or legal/insurance purposes, in line with South African law (POPIA & Constitution)
