Exceeded our expectations and upholds the highest standards. Before arrival, we already received communication regarding directions (pin drop location), room key collection, parking, WiFi passwords. On arrival, we just had to park the car and get settled in. The rooms were tidy, clean, and the air cons were already switched on. Management assisted promptly and were very accommodating and eager to assist with special requests/arrangements during our stay, even if it was made at the last minute. The garden is well kept and the pool is crystal clear. Staff members were very polite and friendly and didn't hesitate to lend assistance even without us asking. It was a memorable stay!
