Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

Pets are allowed by prior arrangement only; notify us in advance. Only dogs are permitted, and pets may not be on beds or furniture. An additional fee applies, and the property is fenced. Please clean up all pet waste before departure to avoid deposit deductions.

A basic cleaning service is invoiced; this is not a deep clean, so please leave the house tidy. Kindly take rubbish to the outside bin, place dirty dishes in the dishwasher and switch it on, and clean up any messes as you go.

Smoking is only allowed outside; please use an ashtray and do not leave cigarette butts on the ground.

Parties and loud music are not permitted; please respect the neighbours and observe quiet hours after 21:00.

Only the number of guests booked may stay overnight; no visitors are allowed without prior permission.

Please treat the house as your own, do not break or damage anything and report any issues or damage immediately.

For security, please close all doors and windows when you leave and use the alarm or security system if provided.

Please use only the designated parking areas and do not block other residents.
