Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

The premises are let for holiday purposes only; no gatherings are permitted.

The flat accommodates a maximum of 6 guests, including children. No visitors are allowed. A maximum of 2 vehicles may be parked on the property.

Quiet hours must be observed daily between 21:00 and 07:00.

Firearms, pellet guns, and fireworks are strictly prohibited on the property.

Loud music is not permitted, including music played through vehicle sound systems, as this is a residential area.

Excessive noise will not be tolerated.

Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment.

Exceeding the maximum number of tenants is not permitted and will result in eviction without refund.

Guests are expected to leave the unit in the condition in which it was found.
