Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R500 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

No smoking is allowed inside the house or under the carport. Please use the designated outdoor area under the tree for smoking only.
Please respect the neighbours and keep noise and loud music to a reasonable level.
Pets are allowed by arrangement only.
Quiet time is from 10 pm on weekdays and midnight on Fridays and Saturdays.

Pet Policy – House Rules

This is a pet-friendly stay, and well-behaved dogs and cats are welcome, with a maximum of two pets per stay.
Please clean up after pets, especially in the garden.
Pets must be supervised at all times and not left unattended inside the cottage.
Kindly keep pets off beds and furniture; pet beds are provided.
Excessive barking or aggressive behaviour towards neighbours or staff is discouraged.
Any damages caused by pets will be charged at replacement value.

Responsible pet parenting is appreciated, and guests and their pets are warmly welcomed.

A cleaning fee and breakage deposit apply for each booking, payable directly at the property via card, cash or eft.
