Breakage Deposit

House Rules

Balance payments are due 40 days before arrival. A 100% deposit will be required for all bookings made less than 40 days before arrival.

A guest's ID or passport is required at check-in.

A Departure Cleaning Fee is charged per booking.

For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.

This property has a maximum occupancy limit of 8 guests.

Parties and gatherings are prohibited at this property, as it is in a residential area.

Pets are not allowed.

Smoking is not allowed.

A late check-in fee applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00.
