Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R300 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited indoors. Guests are welcome to smoke outside, where a bench is provided for their comfort.

A portable clothing rack and an outdoor washing line are available for small or personal items. Laundry facilities for larger loads are not available. Several laundromats within a 2 km radius can be recommended on request.

Guests are asked to use water and electricity responsibly. Lights and all appliances, including hairdryers and irons, should be switched off when not in use. The fridge may remain on at all times.

A sanitary bin is provided for sanitary pads. Guests are requested to dispose of baby nappies in the outside bin.

Extra bin liners can be found in the drawer, and additional liners are available on request. Liners should be filled only halfway, tied securely, and placed outside for collection. Refuse is collected on Wednesdays, so guests are kindly asked to put their rubbish out on Tuesday evening.
