House Rules

For security and verification purposes, a valid ID or passport is required at check-in.
Smoking is not allowed.
Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, is provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice and will incur an extra charge.
A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. The amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be adjusted at the owner’s or management’s discretion.
Please note that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair-use policy permitting a reasonable daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, reimbursement may be requested.
