Great will come again. Great place along the Kunene River. Camping place is great. Bathrooms etc. are close and clean. The Epupa Falls are very, very nice. Walked to the beach. What a nice place.

One of the most beautiful campsites in Namibia. We camped. First impressions not so good, very bad road through the local town to the campsite. Campsite was empty while campsites next door were full (in the school holidays) which made us worried. Electricity was out (we missed the sign that electricity is only available between 08:00 and 17:00). Fortunately shortly after 2 more families arrived and we were no longer alone in the campsite. Despite the difficult start it was one of our best experiences of the Namibia holiday. Campsites are very large and stunning, right next to the Kunene River under large trees. Staff were very friendly and helpful, we ate in the restaurant 1 night and the steak was the best we had on the whole holiday. Camp does not have a shop, but ice and wood were for sale. The site has its own private island which is worth a visit. Saw crocodiles from our pitch. Don't know why the campsite was so empty relative to the others, as there weren't any obvious problems. The activities offered are very expensive (clearly more aimed at overseas tourists with dollars/euros). WiFi/Internet was unreliable, but that was a bigger issue and not specific. Loved it! Lovely and pleasant. Tents are average with some broken zips. Shower and toilets are really nice! Location is amazing, lizards walking around in the camp, monkeys in the trees. Very clean campsite. Fabulous river rafting guides.

Tropical island feel. Cannot camp closer to the Kunene River than this. Cute open air showers and toilets, with a donkey that is lit at 07:30 in the morning and 17:30 in the evening. Staff very friendly and community wanted to make our stay easier with tasks like doing our washing, tours etc. Very nice stay.
