Kingswood is a peaceful, family-friendly estate with a strict no-noise rule. Loud music, rowdy gatherings, and any disturbances.
Respect for neighbours, and residents, including pets, and value their tranquillity. Please keep noise levels low and maintain a respectful atmosphere.
This is a destination for relaxation, not parties, excessive drinking, or late-night disruptions.
Failure to comply with these rules may result in fines or early checkout. Security is on hand to ensure the estate remains a peaceful haven.
Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, both indoors and outdoors.
Braai and Fireplace Use - Handle wood, coals, and ashes with extreme care. Do not place them on the laminated flooring, as burns or stains may occur. Guests are responsible for any damage.
