Price Includes

Rates displayed are on a self-catering basis with heat-and-eat facilities. The facilities include a bar fridge, microwave, basic cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities.

House Rules

No parties, noise, or loud music are allowed at any time.
The unit has one allocated parking space.
No guests other than the ones booked will be allowed on the property.
Pets should be specified in the booking, be housetrained, and not make any noise.
No drug usage or alcohol abuse will be tolerated.
The owner retains the right to deny or suspend a booking should the required house rules not be adhered to.
The security company is mandated to assist with the removal of guests who do not adhere to the stipulated rules or who display any other inappropriate behaviour.
Laundry services are included.
