House Rules

Please note that, as the property is part of the Visit Stellenbosch Tourism Association, a mandatory tourism levy of 1.15% inclusive of VAT is applicable per stay.
Guests are required to provide their car registration details prior to check-in for security purposes.
Cleaning is done once per week; for long stays, additional cleaning can be arranged upon request at an additional charge.
Guests will be held liable for any breakages or damage to the property.
Baby cots are available upon advance request.
No pets are allowed.
Smoking is not permitted in the rooms or on the balconies.
Please note that the property reserves the right not to refund bank charges in the event of a cancellation for credit card bookings, as the bank does not reverse the initial transaction fees.
