Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R5000 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

Check-in is from 14:00 PM to 18:00 PM, and check-out is before 10:00 AM.

The property accommodates a maximum of 9 guests; however, there is an additional outside room available for an additional 2 guests.

Pets are not allowed, although small dogs may be considered on request.

Quiet hours are observed from 23:00 PM to 07:00 AM.

Parties, events, commercial photography, and smoking inside the house are not permitted.

Wi‑Fi details are provided with the booking confirmation.

Guests are required to arm the house when leaving.

Guests are met on arrival for a brief orientation.

Water restrictions apply, and guests are asked to conserve water where possible.

The swimming pool is not enclosed and has no safety net or fence, so guests with young children must supervise them at all times.

Guests stay at their own risk, and the owners are not liable for any injury, accident, loss, or damage. Use of the pool, stairs, or other facilities is at the guests’ own discretion.

Before departure, guests should gather used towels, dispose of trash, turn off lights and appliances, lock the property and return the keys.
