Guests are kindly requested to respect the facilities and fellow guests at all times.

No additional visitors are allowed unless prior arrangements have been made.

The cleaning fee does not cover the washing of dishes after departure or the cleaning of excessive mess.

Quiet hours begin at 23h00.

The guest house is supported by natural ecosystems and requires mindful care for the environment and available resources.

Guests are asked not to dispose of foreign objects in the toilets. Littering or discarding cigarette butts on the grounds is not permitted.

No external appliances such as personal heaters or coffee machines may be used. Only appliances provided by the establishment may be used.

Lights should be turned off before going to bed.

Guests are advised to bring water wings for children and their own swimming towels.

Cutting trees, breaking branches, or picking fynbos is not allowed. Braai wood is available for cash purchase.

Shooting, hunting, or harming any wildlife is strictly prohibited.

The speed limit is 30 km/h from the first gate onward.

Off-roading or driving around the estate without permission is not permitted.

All wildlife, including tortoises, bushbucks, and birds, should be treated with care and respect. This is their natural home.

Be cautious of snakes, especially during summer. Avoid them, and they will avoid you. Doors and windows should be kept closed where indicated.

Please note that Queeni, the friendly pet ostrich, may visit to observe guest activity.

All facilities on the estate are used at the guest's own risk.

Check-out time is strictly at 10h00.
