House Rules

50% deposit is required to secure the booking.
For bookings with an arrival date within 7 days, 100% payment is required.
Up to 3 small to medium size, well-behaved pets are allowed. Not on the furniture.
No smoking inside the house.
Please be respectful and inform us of breakages.
If cleaning up after your group is not your thing, please leave a cleaning tip.
Please recycle glass, tin, and plastic in the old-school refuse bin outside the kitchen.
Parties and large events are allowed by prior arrangement only.
A pool is operational from September to April.
