House Rules

Children and infants are welcome.
Pets are not permitted.
Noise must be kept to a minimum at all times, especially after 22:00.
Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the villa, on the patio, in the garden, and at the pool cabana. A designated smoking area is provided at the driveway only. Please dispose of cigarette butts in a plastic bottle filled with water.
Parties, events, and excessive noise are not allowed under any circumstances.
No day or night visitors are permitted unless arranged in advance with the host. Only the guests listed on the booking are allowed on the property.
No third-party bookings are accepted. The person making the booking must be present during the stay.
The villa accommodates a maximum of 8 people (including adults, teenagers, children, and infants).
No cots or high chairs are provided.
The villa contains a staircase, so please take appropriate precautions if traveling with toddlers.
Please bring your own mattress protectors, high chairs, and other baby essentials.
No crayons, markers, paint, or similar materials are allowed inside the property to protect walls, furniture, and linens.
Please respect the property and its contents. Any missing or damaged items will be charged to your account.
Beach towels provided may be used at the pool but may not leave the property.
Bath towels may not be used for makeup removal or to wipe off self-tan. Face cloths are provided for this purpose.
Linens are changed once a week.
Pool cabana cushions are stored away between 30 April and 1 November as they are not waterproof.
Guests who break these rules, including unauthorised visitors, parties, or smoking violations, may be evicted without refund.
