Description
Flip Flop Holidays at the Whale House is a private self-catering home located in The Island in Sedgefield. This holiday house is within a few metres from the banks of the Swartvlei Lake, which boasts stunning picturesque sunsets and early morning calls of the resident Fish Eagles.
This fully furnished, spacious double-storey home can accommodate 10 guests and comprises 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and open-plan living areas. The main bedroom contains a queen-size bed, and the second, third and fourth bedrooms each contain 2 single beds; each bed is fitted with luxurious white percale linen, and bath and shower facilities are available in the bathrooms. Bath sheets and hand towels are provided.
The modern granite-topped kitchen contains the necessary appliances to prepare and cook meals, including a washing machine for convenience. The adjacent main open-plan living area consists of a lounge, dining room and bar area with a guest toilet. The living area leads to the indoor and outdoor braai area, fire pit, and swimming pool; pool and beach towels are provided for use around the pool and at the beach nearby.
The quiet, serene atmosphere of the area offers a relaxing escape for you and your loved ones, surrounded by wonderful beaches and loads of activities to explore, situated around this part of the Garden Route and the ever-popular Saturday local Wild Oats Market situated only 2.3 km away.
