G04 The Boulders is a modern ground-floor self-catering apartment located in the secure Boulders complex in the popular holiday town of Ballito, on the northern KwaZulu-Natal coast. The Boulders complex is situated on Compensation Road, and offers direct access to the beach, without crossing any roads. The complex has lush lawn for the kids to play, a fully fenced off swimming pool as well as a communal braai area.
The modern apartment has recently received a full renovation and can accommodate up to 6 guests, and comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. The main bedroom contains a queen-size bed and a shower en suite, and a small safe in the cupboard for your valuables. This room has a sliding door, with security gates, that open up onto the patio, so you can drift off to sleep at night with the melody of the waves. The second and third bedrooms each contain 2 single beds. These rooms share a second bathroom with a bath as well as a shower. There are ceiling fans in all the bedrooms and living area.
The modern kitchen is equipped with a stove, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, and cutlery and crockery. The dining room comfortably seats 6 people. In the comfortably furnished lounge there is a smart TV with DStv Premium. Guests have access to unlimited Wi-Fi in the unit. A stunning patio leads off the lounge and offers visitors amazing sea views right through to Salt Rock. Steel security gates at both sliding doors and front door enabling you to listen to the sea and waves during the night with the sliding doors open.
