Gahini Cottage is a self-catering retreat on the shores of the Klein River Lagoon near Stanford, offering a peaceful escape surrounded by an established garden and Milkwood trees. The property provides a lagoon and mountain views, creating a relaxing setting for families and friends.
The cottage accommodates up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom upstairs is furnished with a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath. The second bedroom downstairs has a queen-size bed, and the third bedroom upstairs has 2 single beds and a bay window seat that can be used for sleeping. A separate bathroom with a shower, basin, and toilet is shared. An outdoor shower is available under the trees.
The open-plan living area includes a lounge, dining table, and fully equipped kitchen with a fridge-freezer, gas stove, oven, microwave, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. The patio has braai facilities, and firewood for the first braai is provided.

Direct access to the lagoon allows for safe swimming, and a double kayak with life jackets is available. Hiking trails nearby provide scenic views, and a beach at Walker Bay can be reached via a 40-minute hike or a 15-minute drive.
