We are very disappointed!! We are very disappointed!! After booking and paying almost two weeks ago, and after receiving confirmation from the website all the time, Jackie called us a few hours before we were supposed to check in with terrible apologies. She mentioned that she was in the hospital for three days and that she only received our payment on Monday, so she didn't have a place for us!!! We came all the way from Jeffreys Bay (my son had an operation and so we had to stay overnight) and were left stranded. We had to find another place to stay. Jackie came straight to the hospital to give us our money back. We were very dissatisfied!!! The website's service is very good, but I will never support Garden Suites again!!

The cottage is beautiful and clean, safe and well located. Lovely large porch with a small gas braai. Bedroom is spacious. Our 13 year old slept on the sofa bed in the living room and it was very comfortable.

Very neat and well located. Very well located in Plettenberg Bay. Good and neat facilities and nice spacious porch. Has fast internet and self inverter power supply.

Stylish self-catering in Plett. Very nice and stylish suite on the Robberg side of Plett. Ideal for two people and everything needed for self-catering, although the small fridge is a bit small. Lovely patio. Easy walk to the beach, and cute Spar just down the street. Can definitely recommend.

Was deliciously, neatly and stylishly furnished. Only needs microwave and heater for winter. Everything was neat and very beautiful.
