Description
German Bay Lodge offers self-catering accommodation with stunning ocean views along the pristine Eastern Cape coastline. As one of only three homes in the province with direct sea access, guests can step straight from the deck onto the rocks and sand. Perfect for families, friends, or groups, the lodge combines coastal tranquillity with the beauty of the surrounding natural landscape.
The house can accommodate up to 10 guests (8 adults and 2 children) and features 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Bedrooms one and two are both furnished with king-size beds, and the en-suite bathrooms are fitted with a bath, shower, washbasin, and toilet. Bedrooms three and four are furnished with double beds, with en-suite bathrooms fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet. The fifth bedroom contains 2 child-only single beds. Linen and bath towels are provided; however, guests are required to bring their own beach towels.
The living area includes a kitchen equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas stove, oven, microwave, cutlery, and crockery, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining area where guests can enjoy meals together after a day of exploring. The TV lounge offers ample comfortable seating, a smart TV with streaming services, and Wi-Fi access.
