Description

Grandview Guesthouse is a private, semi-self-catering apartment in Plattekloof with breathtaking views of Table Mountain, Lion's Head and Signal Hill. This unit is centrally located and offers easy access to the N1 and other main routes, making it the ideal accommodation for holidays, business trips or hospital visits.

The unit is part of a family home. It is located on the upper floor and offers a private entrance to an
independent wing of the residence. The neat unit can accommodate 2 guests and comprises a bedroom with a double bed, 2 bathrooms and a living area with a kitchenette. The first bathroom is equipped with a toilet only, and the second bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet. Linen and towels are provided.

The kitchenette is equipped with a bar fridge, kettle, microwave, cutlery and crockery. A bistro set
within the living area also offers convenient dining or a workspace for guests. Coffee, tea, sugar and milk are provided once on arrival. The unit has a flat screen TV with Netflix, and free Wi-Fi is available.
A second room with a double bed and sea views is available at an additional cost per night for
guests who may want to sleep separately.

Outside is a communal veranda with breathtaking mountain and sea views for guests' enjoyment and relaxation. Secure undercover parking is provided behind a locked gate. The premises are also equipped with CCTV cameras.

Grandview Guesthouse is only a 15 km drive to Cape Town Airport, 10 km to Tyger Valley and Canal Walk Shopping Centres, 15 km to Bloubergstrand, 25 km to V&A Waterfront and 30 km to Table Mountain's cable car.

Panorama Medical Clinic, Heart Unit and Oncology Centre are within walking distance. Louis
Leipoldt, Karl Bremmer, Tygerberg and the N1 City Hospital are also within a radius of 3 to 5 km.
There are plenty of restaurants, takeaway shops and grocery shops within a 3 km radius of the guest house.

The Durbanville Wine Route starts within 3 km of Grandview Guesthouse. These include the
historic De Grendel, Durbanville Hills, Meerendal, Diemersdal and Canto Wine Cellars.
