Once the booking is confirmed, the property requires a copy of the guest’s ID and a completed online information and indemnity form.

Guests stay at their own risk. The property, its owners and staff are not liable for any injuries, illnesses, health issues, or deaths that may occur on the premises.

The property is not responsible for any lost, misplaced, forgotten, or stolen items. Guests are encouraged to keep their belongings secure.

Guests must use the premises responsibly and comply with all safety guidelines.

Any damages caused by a guest are their full responsibility. Breakages are charged at replacement cost and must be settled via card payment before check-out. A price list of all items in the unit is provided to guests before arrival and displayed inside the unit. Lost keys and the cost of replacing locks must also be paid before check-out.

By staying at the property, guests indemnify and hold the property harmless against any claims, compensation, or costs arising from their stay.

There is a curfew – all guests must return by 23:30, after which the doors are locked. Exceptions can be made by prior arrangement with management.

The property maintains a friendly and professional environment. Rude or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.

The unit is accessible via stairs and may not be suitable for elderly guests or those with mobility challenges.

Bed linen, towels, and swimming towels are provided for guests’ convenience.

No visitors, persons under the age of 18, or pets are allowed.

Guests are requested to keep the unit tidy and leave it in the same condition as received.

Smoking is not permitted inside the unit, but guests may smoke on the outside patio.

The unit has a shower only. The bath is not available due to water conservation, and the plug has been removed – guests may not bring their own plug.

Guests are welcome to bring their own drinks and enjoy them in moderation. No violence, drugs, or excessive alcohol consumption are permitted. Offenders will be asked to leave the premises immediately without a refund. Music must be turned off by 20:30.

The swimming pool is available for guests to use at their own risk. Please inform management when you would like to swim so that the net and cover can be removed. Guests are also welcome to enjoy the spacious verandas with beautiful mountain views.

No braai facilities are available. The property is located ±1.5 km from various restaurants and takeaway options.

There are no dishwashing facilities in the unit. Please place dirty dishes in the "Dirty Dishes" basket by the glass door. The property will be cleaned and returned to them the same day.

If an iron and ironing board are required, please inform the property in advance – these will be placed outside the glass door for your use.

For stays longer than 2 days, the unit will be serviced on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays under management supervision – only when guests are not present. Guests are asked to ensure that valuables are stored securely when leaving the property.

A second bedroom with a double bed is available at an additional cost per night – ideal for colleagues or family members who prefer separate sleeping arrangements. Please send a message to arrange this option and receive a quote before arrival.
