Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R300 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

Children aged between 0 and 6 pay 50% of the sharing rate.
Children aged between 7 and 18 pay 100% of the sharing rate.

When 3 or more units are booked a cleaning fee of R650 will be charged.

Please note, if agreed by management that the house (when 3 or more units are booked) can be used for an event, a breakage deposit will be required in cash on arrival. This will be refunded in cash on departure should no loss or damages occur.
