Modern 2-Bedroom in Green Point Pool & Parking offers comfortable self-catering accommodation in a spacious apartment located in the heart of Green Point, and is an ideal option for a family getaway on the beachy Cape coast.

This third-floor apartment accommodates up to 4 guests and comprises 2 bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. The main bedroom is furnished with a double-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower and toilet. The second bedroom also contains a double-size bed and offers private access to the balcony with views of the Mother City. Its en-suite bathroom is fitted with a bath, shower, and toilet. All linen and bath towels are provided; however, guests are required to bring their own beach towels.

The living area features a open-plan layout, including a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery, crockery, a dishwasher, and a breakfast bar with stools. Leading from the kitchen is a dining space for all guests, along with a comfortable lounging area. For entertainment, a TV and access to Wi-Fi are available. Glass sliding doors lead to a private balcony, ideal for enjoying a morning coffee while taking in the views.
