Very disappointing. Electricity issues as we did not have electricity for a night and morning. Poor communication with the owner. We weren't able to check in on time.

Good day, Mr Hassim, thank you so much for your stay. It was a pleasure hosting you for the 3 nights that you spent with us at Greencroft Villa. My apologies that we couldn't grant your request for an early check-in at 12h00 because we had a check-out on the 26th at 10h30; 1 hour and 30 minutes wasn't enough time to clean and prepare a 3-bedroom house with 2 bathrooms, 3 living spaces, and a pool. My apologies once again for the electrical issue we had with our solar system on the last night you stayed with us on December 29th, which we solved on the morning of your check-out. We did communicate extensively upon check-out as we sought ways to amend the situation at hand. You are a good guest, and it was a pleasure hosting you and your family.
