Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R3500 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

The property is reached via a gravel road.

Base capacity is 6 guests; maximum 6 guests total. Additional guests or visitors are not permitted.

No parties or events allowed without prior written consent.

Quiet hours: 22:00–08:00 daily. During this time, the swimming pool and rooftop deck are off-limits. Noise levels must be kept to a minimum; noise monitoring is in place.

Please respect neighbours and comply with local parking regulations.

Smoking is prohibited inside the cottage; use designated outdoor ashtrays.

Eating or drinking in bedrooms or the loft is not permitted. Please use the dining areas.

Please recycle using the bins provided.

Turn off lights, air conditioning, and electronics when leaving; close windows and lock all doors.

Children must be supervised at all times around the swimming pool.

Kindly refrain from swimming while consuming alcohol.

Report any damages or breakages promptly.

Right of admission is reserved.

The property is serviced daily during the week (cleaners from 9:00; groundskeeper from 8:00).

Due to the shared environment, anti-social behaviour (including inappropriate sexual behaviour, public nudity, excessive noise, or breach of quiet times) will result in eviction.

Optional extras such as breakfast are available by prior arrangement and at an additional cost.

Guests must sign the hosting agent's standard agreement.
