No visitors allowed. Entry is restricted to registered occupants only.
Park only in designated bays.
Drying laundry on balconies is not permitted.
Maximum occupancy: 2 persons per bedroom.
Fines will be issued for any rule violations. Serious breaches, including smoking indoors or causing disturbances, will result in immediate eviction without refund.
