Perfect setup, beautiful ocean view from the balcony, very friendly. Perfect setup, child friendly, it's a must try again in the summer season as it was raining on Saturday.

Lovely and will recommend. We had such a lovely stay. The owner of unit 74, Henry, was so helpful. We had a problem with the Netflix, and he assisted us after 10pm on the Friday evening. Would definitely recommend. (But if you are a couple who prefer a quiet environment, then this might not be the place for you as there are many families with children and it does get a bit loud during the day.) However, overall, the place is lovely. Close to shops as well if you need to run out to get something.

We wish we could stay for more weeks again for the summer season. It was wonderful and fun for kids who love to swim, the playground, and a lot of fun on the beaches. The owner was very kind and very polite.

Definitely not the same place we visited a few years back. The stay was very noisy with kids shouting while playing the whole day. This was more the permanent residents renting there.

Basic, but nice. Nice and clean enough. The location is a bit of a shame, but otherwise it has all the basics. Maybe a few more toilet paper rolls, an extra black bag and a complimentary hand soap at the basin would add a nice touch for those staying longer than just two days.

It is on the doorstep of an informal housing settlement. Bricks in the road, he. Was not aware that the unit was a 3 storey building with this unit on the top floor with 2 staircases. Permanent residents, kids are very noisy. Playing and screaming outside until late in the evening.

Good day Annatjie. Thank you for your feedback. In all the years we have had the unit, we have never had any problems with the informal settlement being so close to Hermanus Beach Club. I'm pretty sure in the ad it states that our unit is a top floor unit. I was always available if you had any complaints (like children playing and making noises) for me to make contact with the office. Have a blessed day.
