We did receive your initial message on Saturday morning and responded promptly, but we were unaware that the problem persisted until your departure on Sunday.
Had we known sooner, we would have been more than happy to assist immediately. Our contact details were available, and a quick follow-up message or call would have allowed us to resolve this for you on the spot.
