Breakage Deposit

House Rules

Pets are not allowed.
Smoking is not permitted.
Arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00 are subject to a late arrival fee.
Balance payments are due 40 days prior to arrival. A 100% deposit is required for all bookings made less than 40 days before arrival.
This unique villa features a distinctive design and exceptional amenities. Please note that the staircases are open and do not have traditional handrails; extra caution is advised, particularly for children or guests with mobility concerns. To ensure the best possible experience, guests are encouraged to familiarise themselves with the villa’s layout and features before booking.
For security and verification purposes, guests are required to present a valid ID or passport upon arrival and complete an indemnity form prior to check-in.
Please note that electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy, allowing for a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the unlikely event of excessive usage, a modest reimbursement may be requested.
To ensure a comfortable and safe environment for all guests while upholding our property standards, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following occupancy guidelines: our villa can accommodate a total of 12 guests, including both adults and children, and it is essential that all overnight guests are registered at the time of booking, as unregistered overnight guests are not permitted.
Guests will be required to sign an indemnity form prior to check-in.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
