Huis Kaalvoet is a beautifully appointed self-catering home located in the coastal town of Elandsbaai in the West Coast. Just across the road from the beach, it’s the perfect retreat for families or friends looking for a memorable holiday.

The house can accommodate up to 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and features a full en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, washbasin, and toilet. The second bedroom features a queen-size bed, and the third bedroom has 2 single beds. These rooms share a second bathroom fitted with a shower, washbasin, and toilet. All linen and towels are provided.

The open-plan living area offers a seamless flow between the kitchen, dining area, and lounge. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, cutlery and crockery, tea- and coffee-making facilities, and a central breakfast bar with stools. For added convenience, a dishwasher and washing machine are also available. Adjacent to the kitchen is a spacious dining area with a 6-seater dining table, while the lounge offers ample comfortable seating, a wall-mounted smart TV with streaming services, a wood-burning fireplace, and complimentary Wi-Fi access.

The patio is ideal for entertaining, featuring a built-in braai, a cosy seating area, and views over the large garden and surrounding indigenous landscape. A long dining table at the braai can accommodate 10 people.

A standout feature of the house is a charming hallway that also serves as a library and display area, complete with a rounded window seat — perfect for relaxing with a good book.Guests are also granted direct access to a sunny sunbay area with an outdoor shower, as well as a private courtyard that enjoys the warmth of the northern sun. Secure parking is provided. The house has been equipped with an alarm system and external security cameras for added peace of mind.
