Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R5000 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

Pets are allowed on the property; however, arrangements must be made with the property in advance.
A cot is available if required.
Smoking is not allowed.
Parties and events are not allowed.
Anything that is broken or irreparably damaged will be deducted from the deposit at replacement cost.
Cleaning is available upon request at an additional cost.
