Comfortable self-catering accommodation is offered at Humpback Lodge, located in Qondwane, KwaZulu-Natal, just 5 km from the beach at Sodwana Bay. This multi-level rondavel-style unit provides a relaxing escape surrounded by natural beauty and is well-suited for families or small groups. The tranquil setting and proximity to the coastline make it an ideal destination for those wishing to enjoy both privacy and access to local attractions.

The rondavel comprises 2 spacious, air-conditioned bedrooms and 2 en-suite bathrooms, designed to comfortably accommodate multiple guests. One bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and 2 single sleeper couches, while the second bedroom is fitted with a queen-size bed and 2 single sleeper couches. Both bathrooms are equipped with a shower, providing convenience and comfort for guests throughout their stay.

A separate kitchen is made available for guest use and is equipped with a fridge, stove, microwave, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. Meals can be enjoyed at the indoor dining table, with the kitchen offering all the essentials for a self-catering experience. The kitchen is located apart from the rondavel, allowing for a peaceful and uncluttered interior in the sleeping quarters.

Guests are welcome to make use of the shared plunge pool, offering a refreshing space to unwind after a day of exploring the area. For larger families or groups, the Rondawel and the adjacent Humpback House can be booked together, providing an extended space to accommodate everyone comfortably within the same property.

A splash pool is available from December to April, or on guests' request out of season.
